Job Order issued by the Principal, duly verified by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate at the place of employment. (Sample Document Here)

SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Is issued by the Principal then duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Philippine Consulate at the place of work.  (Sample Document Here)

RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT

The Recruitment Agreement is between the Principal & Agency. (Sample Document Here)

CONTINGENCY PLAN

Remedial measures in case of war, calamity and man-made disaster. (Sample Document Here)

BUSINESS LICESE / COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION

Copy of the Principal’s Business License or Commercial Registration with English translation, duly verified by the Ministry of Trade & Commerce at the Place of work and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy.

STANDARD EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

STANDARD EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT between the Employer & Employee, duly verified by the Philippine Embassy /Consulate. (Sample Document Here)

This must include the following important provisions of the POEA:

▪ Position
▪ Salary
▪ Number of regular working hours/day or per week
▪ Overtime Pay in excess of regular working hours and on      Holidays
▪ Vacation/Sick Leave Benefits

▪ Housing Provision (Free housing or with Housing
Allowance)
▪ Period of Contract
▪ Transportation – from Manila to jobsite and back to
Manila at end of contract
▪ Medical insurance, etc.
